Return & Refund Policy


Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations, which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to return an order, written notice, by email must be given within 14 days of receiving the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 30 days of the delivery date. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any food items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. Refunds will be paid within 30 days. The amount of time taken for your refund to clear in your account is dependent on your banking/payment provider. If you have any problems with your refund, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist, though we are not able to contact your payment provider on your behalf. Your statutory rights are not affected. Return freight is paid by the customer.


  • Upon return, product will be inspected by a quality assurance team member. If it is determined product has been opened, defaced, or relabeled The Honey Moony reserves all rights to dispose of product and withhold refund.
  • If product is found to meet our return policy, a refund will be applied to your original payment method.
